Learning Opportunities

If you have never taken the opportunity to sit in the presence of an Elder, this is an opportunity that you will not want to pass up. Join Saddle Lake Cree Nation Elder Alsena White for a time of tea, conversation and learning. This professional, and personal, learning opportunity will provide you with an experience to better understand First Nations perspectives, experiences and protocols while at the same time making connections to the land and the spaces around you. There is not a set focus for these conversations. They will ‘unfold’ as Elder Alsena shares and as you, as participants, choose to engage her and your colleagues in dialogue.
