Learning Network reserves the right to cancel learning opportunities up to two weeks prior to the learning opportunity start date. In such cases, all pre-registered participants are notified via email or phone and fees will be refunded in full. The Learning Network website lnes.ca also identifies programs that have been cancelled.
Notification of participant withdrawal from a learning opportunity must be received by email to celine.zevola@aplc.ca or by phone 780-623-2248 phone three (3) working days prior to the start of the program to receive a refund.
Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal. Any outstanding fees for registered participants who do not attend will be invoiced. An alternate attendee will be accepted at no additional cost in place of a registered participant unable to attend. All outstanding fees are due and payable in accordance with this policy.
