Our Team

Brent Thomas serves as the Regional Director of Learning Network Educational Services (LNES), the Northeast Office of the Alberta Regional Professional Development Consortia. Based in Lloydminster, Alberta, Brent brings 29 years of experience in education, including 27 years with the Lloydminster Public School Division.

His career has spanned a range of leadership and instructional roles, including Educational Assistant, Elementary Teacher, Educational Support Teacher, Vice Principal, Principal, and Assistant Superintendent. For the past couple of years, he has led the LNES team, supporting professional learning across the region.

Brent is a passionate leader who believes in the importance of building strong relationships and collaboration and continues to serve the stakeholders within LNES.
